Community Mental Health Resources

At Mentally STRONG, we teach the Mentally STRONG Method using aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients and patients identify their thoughts, feelings, choices, and behaviors. However, there are some specialties, including trauma or addiction, that the Mentally STRONG Method is not designed to handle alone. We understand the importance of accessing community resources for mental health, which is why we partner with other healthcare providers. Below is a list of local mental health resources and providers. Please discuss your options with your Mentally STRONG counselor.
