The Mentally STRONG Method to Mental Health Treatment

In order to appreciate the “what,” you have to first understand the “why.”

Dr. Bundukamara (Dr. B) has been a psychiatric nurse practitioner for over 20 years and currently manages her own practice in Colorado Springs. She created the Mentally STRONG Method to mental health treatment to help herself overcome some of the most difficult experiences of her personal life and she’s dedicated to helping you do the same.

We offer multiple online courses and coaching programs designed to teach you how to use the Mentally STRONG Method to identify what might be stopping you from reaching your full potential and what action is needed to take charge of your situation. Our self-guided mental health treatment approach will allow you to use these newfound skills at home or on the go.
