On December 14, 2021, Cristi Bundukamara, owner of Mentally STRONG, experienced a terrible family tragedy. Her sweet 21-year-old daughter Miah passed away in her sleep. Because of Cristi’s unfailing commitment to channeling her own pain to create programs and services to help other people walk through their own grief, she is sharing her raw, unedited, grieving journey with you. Dr. B’s greatest hope is that you will gain some insight, understanding and compassion for yourself or anyone in your life that has or will experience the excruciating feeling of losing someone you love.
